At the nonprofit arts center, I served as an art docent. I greeted visitors, shared information about featured artists’ work, and made sales in the gallery.
GIS
My time in school was dedicated to learning artistic and scientific ways of sharing human and physical phenomena by creating data-driven computer-aided maps. I am fascinated by spatial patterns and data visualization. GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a powerful set of tools for communicating insights for a plethora of use cases. I hope my experience with cartography technology will be valuable as I go forward in my professional career.
